Monique Walcott — Jamaica's Most Trusted Name in Luxury Events
Monique Walcott founded MSW Events in 2006 after cutting her teeth as Wedding Manager at Sandals Dunn's River, where she planned and executed daily ceremonies for guests from around the world. That foundation — hospitality at an international standard — has defined every event MSW has produced since.
Monique is a Preston Bailey–certified event planner, trained under one of the most celebrated names in global event design, and holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University alongside a Project Management certification from UWI. In 2020, Sandals Resorts International headhunted her to rebuild the guest experience for its Club Level and higher tiers — within a year, guest reviews climbed from 3.0 to 4.5, and her approach was rolled out chain-wide as "WOW Inspirations."
Today, MSW Events designs weddings, corporate activations, and milestone celebrations across Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, and international markets — for clients who want an event, and a partner, that performs at the same standard as any luxury brand.
